Our swimmers had a very productive meet Friday. Posting 32 best times and 12 first time events resulting in six new standards being reached.
Taylor Tedhams (11) started things off with a Florida Age Group Championship (FLAG) cut in the 500 yard Freestyle with a time of 5:50.15 (AA). R.J. Jellerson (10) pick up a ‘B’ in the 10 & Under 100 yard Free (1:27.51), Gi Johns (13) attained a ‘B’ in the 13 & 14 100 yard Free (1:09.61), Lior Chkoury (15) posted a ‘B’ in the 15 & 16 50 yard Free (27.51), Amy Barcena (14) finished with a ‘B’ in the 13 & 14 50 yard Free (31.80) and Skye Persechino (14) achieved an ‘A’ in the 13 & 14 100 yard Butterfly.
Cape swimmers completed 12 new events and put up 32 best times.
